Terms & Conditions

By using this website you agree to abide by all of the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to follow any of these terms and conditions then please leave the website immediately.



Payment can be made via our secure online checkout.  Orders must be paid in full before we start work on your items.



All personalised items are non–returnable and non-refundable. 

Please be very careful when ordering that the personalisation details are 100% correct as once your item has been sent to production we cannot make any changes.

If you wish to cancel your item then this is possible only before your order is sent to production when you will receive a partial refund after we take into consideration the time and effort used to create your design if applicable.

Once your item has been personalised then unfortunately we cannot refund you for any reason.



Orders will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery or for larger orders we will use a courier.  All packages will need to be signed for.

Orders will always be sent out as soon as possible but usually within 2 weeks of us receiving full payment.

Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate as errors could lead to delays in your order arriving with you or losses for which we cannot be held responsible.


If for any reason Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order and it is returned to us then further postage charges will apply to resend.

Should your order be lost in transit then we will send out an identical replacement after Royal Mail have agreed to compensation. If an identical replacement cannot be provided or the replacement would arrive too late for purpose then we will of course consider a refund.
